get_job_details

Read tool — answers questions; nothing is modified. Requires a WorkWay API key.

Fetches one job by slug with its full description text, required skills, and compensation if the posting lists one — everything search_jobs deliberately leaves out to keep list responses light. Use this before reasoning about a specific role: comparing it against a talent profile, checking a requirement, or summarizing responsibilities.
