Why it exists

Most openings never reach the big aggregators. They live on a company’s own careers page, posted through its ATS, and stay there until someone happens to look. WorkWay reads those boards continuously so the listings surface in one searchable feed — with the original apply link intact.
Direct apply, always. Every result links to the company’s real posting. WorkWay never proxies an application or inserts its own form between you and the employer.

What you can do

Once connected, you can ask your assistant to:
  • Search live openings by role, domain, seniority, location, country, ATS source or how recently they were posted
  • Look up a company — what it does, how many roles are open, and the breakdown by domain
  • Save roles to your WorkWay dashboard as you go
  • Follow companies so new postings reach you first
  • Build and edit your talent profile so companies browsing the directory can find you

Coverage

Coverage numbers are read live from the database by the get_workway_info tool, so an assistant can always quote a current figure rather than the approximation above.

Endpoint

Streamable HTTP transport, stateless. Every request needs an Authorization: Bearer <workway-api-key> header — there is no anonymous access.
